How do I book a stand?
Use the “Book Your Stand” page — fill in your company details and required space, and our sales team will contact you within a few business days with the price list and floor plan. You can also call or WhatsApp us directly on 01130774255.
How do I register as a visitor?
Use the “Register Now” page. Fill in your details and you will receive a confirmation email containing your entry badge. Please bring it printed or on your phone.
Is entry free?
Yes — entry is free for professional trade visitors with prior online registration.
What are the opening hours?
9–11 November 2026, daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Is parking available?
Yes, Hilton Green Plaza provides on-site visitor parking.
Are there conference halls?
Yes, the venue includes fully equipped halls for seminars, workshops and specialised sessions held alongside the expo.
Are there hotels nearby?
The expo is hosted inside Hilton Green Plaza in Smouha; you can stay at the hotel or nearby properties in Smouha and San Stefano. Contact us for special exhibitor rates.
